You have arrived and brushed your teeth on time for your appointment- You have AWESOME tooth brushing with healthy gums and shiny teeth
- You have NO lost, loose or broken brackets, wires, or appliances
- You have worn your elastics or appliance as instructed
- You refer a friend to our office for a New Patient Exam (20)
- You show a current report card and receive one ruble for each “A” (or equivalent)
- You bring in a “Routine Dental Cleaning” certificate signed by your dentist (5)
- You show us a “No Cavity Report” from your recent dental cleaning (5)
- Rubles are only awarded at regularly scheduled visits during orthodontic treatment (emergencies, walk-ins, and post-treatment retainer checks are not eligible).
- At no time can your rubles be taken away from you, but the number of rubles received depends on how well you do at each appointment plus any BONUS RUBLES earned.
- Rubles will not be given for previous appointments. If we forget to give you the rubles you deserve during your visit, you must ask your assistant for them before you leave the office.
- Lost rubles will not be replaced. It is your responsibility to keep your rubles until you are ready to cash them in for a prize.
- You will have the option to cash in your rubles for instant fun or save them for larger prizes.
